AceTek solutions incorporate state of the art systems tailored to the needs of specialist health care facilities including NURSE CALL incorporating both wired and wireless technologies, DURESS SYSTEMS , DEMENTIA MONITORING and REPORTING, SECURITY, ACCESS CONTROL, and communications which include DECT PHONES , PAGING, INTERCOM and PABX.

The company was formed by its managing director, Nigel Wright in 1998 harnessing a vast amount of industry knowledge and expertise gained whilst delivering nurse call technology solutions for a number of years prior. Sales continually grew every year since its inception with AceTek becoming the one of Austco largest distributors and a dominant player in the NSW nurse call market. AceTek is a wholly owned private Australian company.

AceTek’s main supplier is Austco Communications Systems, a designer and manufacturer of state-of-the-art dedicated nurse call and care management systems. Austco has become a world leader in the highly specialised field of electronic communications in healthcare and secure accommodation. Its product range includes complete communication solutions for Aged Care, Acute Care and Secure Accommodation. All these products are focused on a single objective, to fully integrate care management through technology to provide the specific operational solution required by each and every client.

AceTek has an excellent relationship with Austco, and is a highly regarded and trusted distributor. AceTek is supported by the full array of Austco support personnel and materials. AceTek personnel have received training at the Austco factory, and consequently have deep technical understanding of the systems.

In 2008, Communications and Technology Group (CTG) was formed and facilitated the acquisition of Australia/New Zealand distributorship of Multitone Electronics PLC UK, the world’s first manufacturer of pocket paging systems. Multitone wireless products consisting of on-site and wide area Paging systems, cordless DECT telephony systems and wireless lone worker Duress (EkoTek) systems provides a perfect complement to AceTek’s existing business in providing integrated communication solutions within the health industry. AceTek is positioned under the CTG umbrella as the Nurse Call and Communications integrator arm of CTG and benefits from having direct access to the Multitone technology in its nurse call integration business.

AceTek has had much experience in all aspects of the pre-sales, sales, installation, configuration, support and maintenance of Austco systems in Australia. AceTek has always worked to achieve maximum customer satisfaction with its installations so as to ensure that maximum benefit is realised from the technology provided.
