PABX made cordless
With the Multitone DECT CS600 cordless system up to 128 users can enjoy standard PABX telephony functions and call privileges on a portable handset, anywhere on-site.

Using small, inexpensive base stations and radio repeaters, the CS600 enables users to travel over a wide area whilst still being in contact with internal and external callers.

Thanks to its design scalability the CS600 is equally cost effective for small offices through to larger industrial locations, and provides efficiency and cost benefits.

Simple connection
The CS 600 is ready for connection to the most popular PABX systems. Simple 2-wire connections are all that is required.

The CS 600 radio controller is the heart of the system, and AceTek engineers will specify and install the optimum number of base stations and repeaters to provide radio communications. Each base station provides up to 300 metres of ‘line of sight’ coverage and will support four simultaneous telephone conversations. A maximum of 32 base stations can be provided. Designed for easy no fuss installation, a system can be installed with minimal interruption to your existing PABX system service.

Cellular technology
The CS 600 is DECT-GAP compliant, and provides cellular quality mobile communications, allowing the user to “walk and talk” and make decisions on the move. In areas where there is likely to be heavy mobile telephone usage, extra base stations can be easily added for more radio capacity.

Base station repeaters may be used to provide radio communication in remote locations, or where cables are not easily installed.
A repeater may be located up to 1 Km from its host base station. Repeaters can be added at any time.

Messaging and integration
The CS600 provides calling line ID between CH72’s with associated user information text messaging. The CS600 system can integrate with existing Multitone on-site paging products, or a stand alone alarm messaging interface.

With the CH72 handset, users can enjoy the benefits of features such as vibrate alert and text messaging on the handset’s LCD display. Multitone messaging solutions even enable handsets to be paged with machine conditions. For example, the message “lift stuck on 3rd floor” could be sent to the maintenance engineer’s handset automatically.

Connection to manufacturing or processing systems can provide valuable time and cost saving benefits.
