The Acetek Story
From humble beginnings
In 1998, Nigel Wright made a decision to purchase Sontec’s Nurse Call division and in a shared office in Telopea, with just 3 employees – Acetek was born. The mission was simple: deliver high-quality services and excellent customer experiences.
Initially focussing on nurse call technology for aged care, our service offering portfolio soon expanded into access control, telephony and networking for both aged care and hospitals across NSW and ACT.
To today’s success
In the past 25 years, we have grown steadily – both organically and through the carefully considered acquisition of companies that enhanced our offerings. One thing that has never changed – we still take great pride in delivering high-quality services and excellent customer experiences.
Clinical communications will always be central to our service offerings and today we deliver a rich portfolio of complimentary service offerings that help our customers to achieve their business outcomes – now and in the future.
