Finance Manager
Khyati Thakkar brings more than 20 years of experience in senior finance and accounting roles to her position as Finance Manager at Acetek, with a strong background in commercial and operational management.
In her role, Khyati oversees finance, compliance, accounts, payroll, and purchasing, supporting the governance and business processes that underpin Acetek’s day-to-day operations and continued growth.
Industry and Business Expertise
Throughout her career, Khyati has worked across a diverse range of industries, including aged care, freight, mining, technology and property management.
Her previous roles have included Financial Controller, Senior Management Accountant and Senior Management Consultant, giving her broad experience across financial governance, compliance and business operations.
Khyati has also successfully prepared and lodged eleven Research and Development (R&D) and Export Market Development Grant (EMDG) applications through AusIndustry and Austrade.
Her experience across different industries has developed a practical understanding of how strong processes, accurate information and effective governance contribute to well-managed organisations.
Qualifications
Khyati holds a Master of Accounting and a Diploma in Financial Management.
Outside of Work
Outside of work, Khyati enjoys cooking, music and studying astrology. She also enjoys drawing and dancing, describing her dance style as adaptable and a little quirky.
